Terms of Service

Miss Kay’s HQ is a tool operated by Miss Kay’s to measure how the company’s own social content is performing. These terms cover its use.

Access is limited to authorised Miss Kay’s personnel. Accounts are created by an administrator and there is no public registration, so nobody can grant themselves access from inside the tool.

One exception: we can send a retail buyer a summary of how our own content is performing, through a link that expires and that we can switch off. Anyone holding such a link can open that one report and nothing else. It contains no comments, no usernames, and no information about any other person.

The tool reads content and performance data from social media accounts owned and operated by Miss Kay’s, and only after an authorised member of our team connects that account and grants permission. It does not read data about accounts we do not own.

The tool never publishes, posts, comments, or sends messages on any connected account. It is read-only by design.

We may change or discontinue the tool at any time. It is provided to our staff as-is, for measuring our own content.
